Election of a PM – 1st Candidate!
Pauline, I am not so much into positioning. Initially, I was against the formation of a government. But the majority front liners have so decided; more so, the thrust of their argument is compelling. I am not the ‘show-biz’ type to rush to the media to announce mighty diplomatic breakthroughs the Ambazonian Governing Council, AGC has recorded. I prefer working underground. To consolidate our diplomatic efforts; make our Western businessmen and nations remain comfortable completing deals with us, it is important that someone from the AGC lead as PM. The AGC is seriously considering my candidacy and I’d be honoured to serve as interim Southern Cameroons / Ambazonian PM. Diplomacy alone cannot lead us to the Promise Land, neither can force alone. For our struggle, diplomacy and the use of force make an unbeatable combination for success. In fact, diplomacy and force do not cancel but complete each other. All Southern Cameroonians / Ambazonians have aligned themselves behind the use of peaceful and or forceful means in achieving freedom. Our long years of experience in the struggle, solid diplomatic gains cum our representative stance, stand us in good stead. Do not get me wrong, I believe in democracy; if in the end I am not chosen by the people, I will be the first to call and congratulate the winner, the irregularities that might have befallen the election, notwithstanding. Whether Ayaba leads or not, all I know is that the Southern Cameroons / Ambazonia must be liberated through block by block this year. Take it or leave it. I know what I am talking about”. Dr. Ayaba Cho Lucas, Ambazonian Governing Council, April 27, 2017.
My Comment : It is important to note that the Ambazonian Governing Council, AGC is a member of SCACUF (the Southern Cameroons / Ambazonia Consortium United Front). Since ever the talk of electing a PM, Dr . Ayaba is the first to come close to officially declaring his candidacy. I want to state that we got no time. What impresses me about this man is his level of humility. Selfless leadership is what we need. From his message above, his solution cuts across diplomacy and the use of military force. This neatly fits on the caps of those who stand for either of them – diplomacy and military action. Truly, his position is representative across the board, and above all, unifying.
I shall make public declarations of other candidates if they do come forward. And whoever wins, we will shun divide and support them FULLY. That is the spirit of the Southern Cameroons / Ambazonia.
This election is a serious issue. So I seriously advise we share this post a million times over.
FROM a federalist to an ‘ independentist ‘. The Southern Cameroons MUST be free.
